It wasn’t exactly the most brilliant idea Sain has had. The present wasn’t exactly big, or very breathtaking. But the cavalier wanted to show his affection for the beautiful maid on some way or another. It only took a little of asking around where she was spending her days at and soon he could leave her a little something behind.
It wasn’t much more than a bouquet of flowers, resting on the girl’s table, only waiting for her to be seen.
Sain could only imagine the surprised and hopefully delightful face of Morgan when she’d see it…~

It really wasn’t Sain’s intention to walk in on that. All he meant to do was visiting the lovely princess Eirika to admire her beauty. Oh, Sain felt ashamed to have seen that much, he knew he wasn’t ever supposed to see this. But now there he was, holding the door to Eirika’s room open and staring with a blank face at the twin - however, this twin wasn’t, as expected, Princess Eirika, it was no one less then Prince Ephraim.

Sain only slowly took a step back to close the door again. He could swear he heard a ‘Get like me’ as he did so….

“Then you’ve got nothing to lose!” Sain further insisted and also nudged his friend. “Come on, it’ll be fun for both of us!” Sain’s smile grew bigger - he really liked the idea of making up for at least some of the ‘everything’ on that way. The two of them haven’t been hanging out in ages!
“You know, Let’s put a dinner on that too. You can’t say no to that~!”
Rolling his head the knight gave up nodding. “Fine. Alright dinner, beer, whatever. Just don’t expect me to count this as you making it up to me if I have to drag you away from women throughout the night. Alright?” He said clarifying and putting the idea out of his mind before he could let it get situated. Stopping he finally noticed how close they still were. “So I suppose you will lead the way, or are we going to stay this close for a little while longer?” It was his form of light teasing, trying to play the other’s game.
Sain caught himself trying to protest, no flirting with women? This could be a really long night then. “Fine. I promise.” the knight sighed out, hating the idea of it, but if it was for his companion Kent, then he’d take it! And Sain has already spoken it out, so there was no coming back anyway, he kept his word.
Only when Kent spoke up again, Sain gave him a slightly surprised look before letting go of him. Sain really didn’t mind to be close to his best friend, but he was too afraid of fucking up and having even more to make up for.
“Sure.” he replied with a smile and leaded his friend to the nearest tavern to get some warm meal and cold beer there.

As the knight sighed, he completly overlooked Kent’s smirk on his face. Of course what Sain said was just joking around and teasing his friend, but he had hoped for a more interesting reaction of Kent. Getting him all flustered or mad was more fun and totally worth any punishment! But with that, Sain just leaned lazily against Kent’s shoulder, trying to find a new offer. “Kent you’re tough. I don’t know what could make up for it completely… Besides I still don’t exactly know for what.”
After another sigh, the green armored knight couldn’t stay so serious for any longer and smiled again. “Would inviting you for some beer make up?” he asked his friend, hoping to find some way to make up for….whatever it was.
“Everything.” He clarified “You are making up for everything.” Tilting his head slightly to the side Kent mulled over the offer. “Hmm I don’t know Sain, Beer? Are you trying to get me drunk? That won’t keep me from remembering how you might go off and try to find women to make out with.” Rolling his eyes he released the hands folding his arms again. “I dunno Sain…”

“K-Kent!” the knight huffed out, feeling his cheeks redden as his hands were removed. His last defense was now broken too, Sain had no other chance then being heroic and go into the offense.
His boon companion may be a tease, but Sain can be too! And so the green knight put on a smirk and took a large step to his friend - their armory clashed together as Sain did so. “How about I do this~ and that~ to you and we’re quit~?” that being said, Sain even licked over his own lips.

Then why don’t you do This~ and That~, see where we end up? No promises that it will completely make up for you though.” He smirked.

Sain slowly moved his hands below his eyes to peek at the red-haired knight. “Nuh-uh!” he protested with a pout that was hidden behind his hands. “I haven’t done that much wrong latley! O-Or did I?” Sain’s eyes moved to the corner, as if thinking really hard about his latest actions. There couldn’t possibly be a lot to make up for! He hasn’t even made out with too many girls lately, at least not as many as he did last month. But he gave up, Kent was a really strict friend and would find a million things to nag about, so he just sighed and gave in. “Fine, fine, what do you want me to do?”
While Sain was taking his time counting over the things he had done Kent moved grabbing the knight’s hands and moving them from Sain’s face. “A million little needles? I wish the opponents felt the same.” He teased slightly unintentionally sounding bored. “As for what you could do to make it up, I am not exactly sure. Why don’t you do what you feel is best?” Kent offered still demanding that Sain make up for his transgressions.
